Do not empty, will shorten the lifetime of the mould; Do not lower bread with a knife within the mould;
Keep the mould dry earlier than inserting it in frozen dough;
Do not use exhausting and sharp instruments to scrub the mould; Do not dry the mould within the oven;
Place it face down and stack not more than 12 at most.
